# How credits work Source: https://docs.getjuno.com/billing/how-credits-work Understand Juno credit balances and usage. Credits measure the work Juno performs for your team. A task can use credits when Juno runs model calls, browser sessions, web extraction, connector operations, file processing, or generated artifacts. ## Credit balances Juno shows usage remaining for your team. Depending on your plan and account, your balance can include daily, monthly, and Bonus credits. ### Daily credits Daily credits reset on a daily cadence. They are useful for regular day-to-day work and help keep routine usage separate from larger monthly allowances. ### Monthly credits Monthly credits reset on renewal or the plan's monthly allowance schedule. They are useful for larger tasks, busier periods, and workflows that need more room than the daily balance. ### Bonus credits Bonus credits never expire. Juno may add them separately from your plan allowance, such as for a promotion or account credit. The Bonus credits row appears in your usage details while you have a positive balance. Juno uses daily credits first, then monthly credits, and then Bonus credits. ## What affects usage * The size and complexity of the task * How many sources Juno reads * Whether Juno uses browser automation or external data providers * How many model calls are needed * Whether the task generates or renders artifacts * How many follow-up revisions you request Clear scoping usually keeps usage lower because Juno can do less exploratory work. ## Example task costs Exact credit usage varies by task. Juno calculates usage from the actual work performed, including model usage, browser sessions, external data requests, and artifact generation. ### Lower-usage tasks * Summarizing a short file * Rewriting a small block of copy * Answering a focused question from existing workspace context * Formatting a simple table or list ### Medium-usage tasks * Researching a handful of web pages * Reviewing a small ad account export * Creating a first draft from multiple sources * Updating a spreadsheet with moderate analysis ### Higher-usage tasks * Crawling or reviewing many pages * Running browser-heavy workflows * Analyzing large datasets or long document sets * Producing several artifact revisions * Using paid external data providers during the task If a task may be expensive, start with an audit or plan first, then ask Juno to execute the approved work. # Managing your plan Source: https://docs.getjuno.com/billing/managing-your-plan Review usage, plan state, payment details, and billing actions. Plans are managed from your team's settings. Team owners can review usage, start a trial or upgrade flow, open the billing portal, and manage auto top-up. ## What you can manage * Current plan and billing state * Usage remaining * Daily, monthly, and Bonus credit balances * Auto top-up * Payment method and invoices through the billing portal * Plan changes or cancellation Only users with billing permissions can make plan changes. ## Auto top-up Auto top-up helps your agent keep working when the team's credit balance reaches zero. When auto top-up is enabled, Juno can add credits automatically instead of stopping the task at the balance limit. Use it when you want long-running or recurring work to continue without manual intervention. Team owners can turn auto top-up on or off from **Settings** > **Billing**. ## Updating your card Team owners can update the payment method from the billing portal. 1. Open Juno. 2. Go to **Settings**. 3. Open **Billing**. 4. Choose the billing portal action. 5. Update the payment method in Stripe. If you do not see billing controls, ask the team owner to make the change. ## Changing your plan Team owners can change plans from billing settings when plan changes are available for the workspace. 1. Open Juno. 2. Go to **Settings**. 3. Open **Billing**. 4. Review the available plan action. 5. Confirm the change in the checkout or billing portal flow. Your usage allowance and billing state update after the billing provider confirms the change. ## Canceling your plan You can cancel your plan at any time by downgrading to 'Free' in your billing settings. 1. Open Juno. 2. Go to **Settings**. 3. Open **Billing**. 4. Select **Change plan** 5. Switch to the free plan The free plan will still enable you to communicate with your agent, with free daily credits. # Browser Source: https://docs.getjuno.com/capabilities/browser Juno uses its own browser to login to websites and automate complex browser work. Most AI tools can answer questions about the web, but they cannot reliably inspect the page in front of them. Juno can use a browser when a task needs to look at websites, forms, pages, or browser-based tools directly. This means you can ask it to research competitors, check a page, gather source material, or work through a web workflow without giving step-by-step clicks. ## Use cases * Automating website workflows * Scraping data from directories * Authenticating on private websites * Filling in forms and registrations * Analyzing the visual appearance of websites # Cloud computer Source: https://docs.getjuno.com/capabilities/cloud-computer Juno works autonomously using its own computer, so that it can work even when you're offline. Generic AI tools use your computer to get work done - but that constraints your agents ability. What if you're offline, for example? That's why Juno has its own cloud computer, which it can interact with however it sees fit to help you complete tasks. This means that even while you're lying on a beach, Juno can be getting work done without any change in its abilities. It also means that it can work on tasks at the most suitable time and operate proactively across the tools and data it has access to. ## Use cases * Creating, searching and managing files * Using computer packages to do just about anything * Working with different user-uploaded file types * Creating, modifying and analyzing images * Producing artifacts such as documents, spreadsheets, images etc ## Security The cloud computer provides a security benefit by not running commands on your local computer, which can result in high-risk command execution.\ \ It also enables us to create a higher level of isolation, so that it is protected against prompt injection attacks or exposed libraries. The computer that Juno uses was invented by our team, built specifically for this purpose. ### Isolation Cloud computers are isolated at the workspace/user level. For example, if you have 3 users who work across 2 workspaces: * Each users agent will have a cloud computer that is unique to each workspace * Within each workspace, a users agent can work across tasks with a shared file system and computer This strikes the perfect balance between protecting/isolating data for each user and workspace, while also providing the agent with longer context across multiple work sessions. # Code Source: https://docs.getjuno.com/capabilities/code Juno can write any type of code, from data analysis scripts to interactive landing pages. Juno can read, create, and update files on its cloud computer so work stays organized as the task progresses. This means you can upload materials, ask Juno to work with them, and receive durable outputs such as documents, spreadsheets, images, or reports. Additionally, when Juno is completing any task, it may create all different types of files to make its workflows more efficient, just like a human would. ## Exploring the file space With a task context, you can view and manage the files that Juno has created. Simply click on the file icon in the top-right of the page, when viewing a task. For Juno to be a productive member of your team, it needs to have long-term memory. With memory, it turns into an always-improving coworker that understands who you are, how you work and how to best support you. Implementing a state of the art memory system is one of the more impressive things about Juno, but not something you really notice. It simply makes everything better. Juno has two types of memory, so that it can protect user-level information while sharing workspace consciousness. ## Workspace memory As Juno works on projects and tasks with you, it will naturally extract learnings and preserve them for future recall. Juno has complete flexibility to decide which memories are worth saving, but here's some examples: * Who your customers are * Which style of ads resonate * Growth priorities and strategy * Learnings from failed tasks * Brand preferences and styling ## User memory Juno also learns about you, just like a coworker would.
