# Email

> Juno has its own mailbox, so that it can communicate with you by email and keep you in the loop.

Real work doesn't always happen behind a chat interface. That's why Juno communicates with a two-way email inbox, so that it can share work, complete tasks and keep you in the loop through its work week.

**What it can be used for:**

* Delegating work on the move
* Providing scheduled task outputs
* Weekly reporting

**What it can't be used for:**

* Outreach emails
* Emailing non-user email addresses

## When Juno sends you emails

Juno has the autonomy to send you emails whenever it deems it to be appropriate. For example:

* When it hasn't done much for you lately
* When it's made a discovery on your connectors
* When it has new task completions to report to you

## Sending emails to Juno

You can also send emails to Juno through a secure, dedicated mail address.
